Effective date: July 10, 2026. These terms apply to your use of isomorphlabs.io and the Isomorph platform.
By accessing isomorphlabs.io or using the Isomorph platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and that "you" in these Terms refers to that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Isomorph Labs LLC ("Isomorph Labs", "we", "us"), a United States limited liability company.
The Isomorph platform is a self-serve hosting environment for deploying and running autonomous agentic systems. We provide the managed infrastructure — isolated container runtime, tiered memory, scheduling, observability, and billing — and you supply the agent configuration and credentials.
We also offer strategic consulting and custom agentic system design. Terms for consulting engagements are set in separate written agreements signed by both parties; in case of conflict, those agreements govern.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at blaine@isomorphlabs.io if you believe your account has been compromised.
Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. We may suspend or close accounts with materially inaccurate information.
Subscription plans. Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are displayed in the platform console at the time of sign-up. We reserve the right to change pricing; changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle and we will give you at least 14 days' notice.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform console or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for unused time in a paid period unless required by law.
Non-payment. If payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service after a brief grace period. Repeatedly failed payments may result in account termination.
Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes.
You agree not to use the Service to:
(a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; (c) transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data; (e) generate, distribute, or facilitate spam, phishing, or deceptive content; (f) harass, threaten, or harm any person; (g) use the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure; or (h) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any use that violates these Terms or that we, in our reasonable judgment, determine to be harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
The Isomorph platform integrates with third-party services — including Anthropic's Claude API, Slack, AWS, and others — as part of its operation. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service whose credentials you provide to your agent. We do not assume liability for third-party service interruptions, policy changes, or actions taken against your account by those services.
AI-generated outputs from agents running on the platform are subject to the terms of the underlying model provider. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any consequential actions your agent takes.
Our IP. The Isomorph platform — including its software, architecture, interfaces, and documentation — is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal purposes during your subscription.
Your IP. You retain ownership of your agent configurations, prompts, and any data you provide to the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train any model.
Feedback. If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
We treat your agent configurations, credentials, and usage data as confidential and do not share them with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. You agree to treat any non-public information about our platform or pricing that we share with you as confidential.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT OUTPUTS PRODUCED BY AGENTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ISOMORPH LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isomorph Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any action taken by your agent that causes harm to a third party.
By you. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service creates risk to us or others. We will give you reasonable notice where practicable.
Effect of termination. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 survive termination. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow you to request an export, after which it may be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in English. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Isomorph Labs agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to active platform users at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable consulting agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Isomorph Labs regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
