Effective date: July 10, 2026. This policy applies to isomorphlabs.io and the Isomorph platform.
Isomorph Labs LLC ("Isomorph Labs", "we", "us") operates isomorphlabs.io and the Isomorph platform, a self-serve service for deploying and running autonomous agentic systems. Our contact address for privacy matters is blaine@isomorphlabs.io.
We collect information in the following categories:
Account information. When you request access to the platform or create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any additional information you provide during onboarding.
Payment information. Billing and payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe receives your card details directly; we receive a Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Platform usage data. When you run agents on the Isomorph platform, we collect task execution logs, token usage, cost data, and agent configuration information necessary to operate and bill for the service. This data is stored in isolated per-tenant infrastructure.
Communication. If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we retain that correspondence to handle your request and follow up.
Server logs. Standard server access logs — IP address, browser user agent, pages visited, and timestamps — are collected automatically when you visit this site.
We use the information we collect to:
Operate the platform. Provision your tenant, run your agents, enforce spend caps, and deliver the service you signed up for.
Bill for the service. Process your subscription payments through Stripe and manage your billing relationship.
Communicate with you. Send transactional messages (provisioning confirmations, billing receipts, service alerts). We do not send marketing email unless you have explicitly opted in.
Improve the platform. Aggregate, anonymised usage patterns help us understand what works and where to focus development. We do not sell individual usage data.
Comply with legal obligations. We may retain or disclose information as required by applicable law, court order, or lawful government request.
We share your information only with the service providers necessary to run the platform:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides the cloud infrastructure on which the Isomorph platform runs. Your tenant data resides in AWS infrastructure in the United States.
Stripe processes all payments. See above.
Anthropic provides the Claude API used by agents running on the platform. Prompts and completions may be processed by Anthropic in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy. Agents run with your Claude credentials; we do not share your conversation data with Anthropic on your behalf — the API calls originate from your tenant using credentials you control.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train any model.
Account and billing information is retained for the duration of your subscription and for up to seven years afterward as required for financial record-keeping. Task execution logs are retained for 90 days by default and may be configured differently at the tenant level. You may request deletion of your account data at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Tenant environments are isolated from one another at the infrastructure level. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Credentials and secrets are stored in AWS Secrets Manager, not in application databases. We conduct periodic reviews of our security posture and address vulnerabilities promptly.
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, contact us at blaine@isomorphlabs.io before public disclosure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting blaine@isomorphlabs.io. We will respond within 30 days. For deletion requests, note that we may retain certain information as required by law or legitimate business necessity (for example, billing records).
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We do not operate any analytics service on this domain. The platform console may set session cookies required for authentication; these are first-party and not shared with third parties.
The Isomorph platform is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to active platform users at least 14 days before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
