02How it runs

A one-hour conversation, a written map within days, a build measured in weeks, then a plain statement of the result.

Every engagement follows the same four stages and is led directly by the founder. The full process, and the commitments that do not change between engagements, are set out on the engagement approach page.

FAQQuestions

Plain answers to the questions we hear most.

What is agentic AI consulting?
Agentic AI consulting is the design and build of AI agents that carry out business work on their own. An agent reads, decides and acts across your systems, and asks a person only when judgement is needed. Isomorph Labs scopes the work, builds the agents and retires the software they replace.
How is an AI agent different from ordinary automation?
Rule-based automation follows a fixed script and stops at the first exception. An AI agent handles routine exceptions itself and escalates the rest with the context a person needs to decide.
What kind of work suits an AI agent?
Work that repeats, is done by hand and has a clear definition of done. Examples are reconciliation, invoicing, reporting, client intake, scheduling, proposals and onboarding.
How long does an engagement take?
Mapping takes days and the build takes weeks. Each engagement has a fixed scope agreed before anything is built.
Who owns what you build?
You own it: the software, the infrastructure it runs on and the documentation. Nothing depends on a subscription to us.

A conversation costs an hour. The result is reported in months.
